Idiom: An idiom is and expression that has a special meaning different from what it would be if you took the words separately.
Here are some idioms...

2: Turn a blind eye
3: A blessing in disguise

Pun: A pun is a clever and amusing use of a word that sounds like another word so that what you say has 2 different meanings.
Here are some puns...
1: Why did the golfer bring 2 pairs of pants because he might get a whole in 1.
2: A mushroom walked into a bar and the man at the bar said sorry we dont serve mushrooms here the mushroom said why not im a fun guy!
3: An elevoter makes ghosts happy because it lift their spirits
4: Did you hear about the guy whose left side was cut off hes all right now
